HHS Releases Final Regulations for ACOs

Washington, DC, October 20, 2011 - Today, officials from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) announced changes in the final ACO rule which included some concessions by the Obama administration. According to Kaiser Health News, these concessions will make it easier for doctors and hospitals to participate in the program.
